Skywatch Friday : Table Mountain ...

..... Cape Town, South Africa ...

Not-a-spectacular-sky .. just plain blue with clouds peeping over Table Mountain just before it wafts over the cable car house.

This is for you Marcelle .....

  1. Oh, but it is spectacular! Wonderful composition and perfect timing with the fog rolling over the tabletop mountain. Excellent SWF post. Hi from California.

  3. Table Mountain with all her moods will always be a fantastic photographic model. When I am in Cape Town, just looking up at her makes me happy.

  4. Gosh Avril...I'm an emotional wreck - I choked and had to fight back the tears when I saw this photo, and at the same time felt this rush of excitement...
    Thanks so much
Cant believe on Sunday morning when I fly in I'm going to see my mountain, then driving to my son's house we drive towards the mountain...
I've started to throw a few things on my bed to pack...
Going to go say goodbye to Carol this morning, will be the last time I get to see her as well...

  11. I have always wanted to go to SA and see not only the culture and people but also the Table Mountain! I think the cloud is menacing, like there's something about to happen. Nonetheless, it's one spectacular shot!
