Needing a little help from my friends ...

... still ... but I am getting there !!!


Been to a couple of sessions with the clinical psychologist .. she says I'm doing fine .. better than most .... really really really looking forward to our holiday in August .... where are we going?

    I am too afraid to go to a clinical psychologist. He may just tell me something different. Please remember to take a biiiiiiig suitcase so that I can crawl inside.
