Weekly Winners : 24 - 30 Jan

Join me for a cup of tea ..


... it's all the way from Ireland ...
... while we sit down and browse through my week ....
... of excitement ... when Elaine bought a new car ... brand new .. out the box ...

... while all the paperwork was being 'signed and sealed' ... the boys had fun on mini Mini's ..
...this size is fine for now ... perfect ! ...
... two is even better ....


... need to know the rules of the road before I take it ....

.. "Grwanny ... take a photo of my 'bumblebee' transformer ... pleeeese !"


Yay - we had sunshine for ONE day ..... so, out and about in the garden I went ...
... the asters are bursting into flower ...

... groundcovers under the bench is flourishing ...


... black-eyed Susan is flowering and creeping up the wall ...

... orange crocosmia (indigenous) is bright and cheerful ...

... Pride of India is looking it's best ... all dressed in pink .....
... the purple Cuphea is covered in tiny blooms ...


... and this Euphorbia - Diamond Frost with it's small, dainty flowers is fluffy and soft like a cloud ...

And lastly ....

    Love the mini as you know...LOL...and good choice of color!!!

    Stunning flowers...I look forward to spring so I can see some color in the gardens...its a black and white world here at the moment.

  7. I wish I could say my garden is doing as well as yours. It so dry down here and the water restrictions just got stricter. Now you are not even allowed to water your garden with a bucket anymore. I can't keep up with carrying out the bath water. My poor lawn is dying so quickly its just not funny.
